So I decided to password protect one of my old Sept. posts since I have been getting spam and shit on it due to posting some pictures. I HATE BOTS!!!! I have tried everything to ban them but until I figure out how to remove comments from the media gallery, it will just have to stay this way. I decided to remove all commenting abilities until further notice, no one is going to post shit on my space.

Now as for what’s been going on…I ordered a new LCD TV which came right away. I also ordered a TV stand which UPS really fucked up on. They can’t even tell me where my package is!!!! I am going to have to call on Monday and have the shipper send me another one with another carrier. Until then I can’t even try out my new TV…soooo fucken pissed at that. Other then that, nothing new really…looking forward to the holidays!

So this past weekend, I went to see Young Frankenstein on broadway with my folks. The tickets were at a discount so I managed to get 3 Orchestra (10 rows away from the stage) seats for $70 each (normally $120 each). Now I saw Wicked before so I had high expectations. The show itself was ok…I can’t say I was too impressed. The decorations were pretty good as were the customs. The singing was just ok…the singers in Wicked were much much stronger.

As for the story line…the grand son of Dr. Frankenstein goes back to Transalvania to take care of his grandfathers estate which is about to be seized by the government. When he arrives, he is enticed to build his own monster. The rest is pretty much history….

As for my folks…my mom enjoyed it (although she forgot her glasses at home and couldn’t see the faces :( ). My dad didn’t enjoy it too much…I think it was the guy that sat next to him that gave him grief…he laughed really really loud and put his feet up!! kicking dad :( . I think that totally got to him.

After the show, we decided to go have dinner at Red Lobster, which became a pretty bad idea! The Red Lobster at the NYC location pretty much raised the price of each item by about $5 and reduced portion size. Add to that, the food itself was not good (fish was not fresh, seafood was too salty)! I don’t think I am ever going there again.
