So after about a year and a half of use, my iphone started misbehaving; It kept crashing and wouldn’t hold a charge to save its life. I made an appointment for the Apple store, not realizing what a pain it would be to get there. After a string of trains running like crap, raining cats and dogs and escalator not working (its a huge escalator so when its broken, there are many many many stairs to climb) I finally got to the Apple store about 5 minutes late. The genius guy looked at my phone and after about 10 mins agreed to replace it. He gave me a “new” refurbished phone and I took it home all happy that I have a working phone.

After loading all my stuff on it I found out there was a little problem….the headphone jack isn’t working correctly . So after all that pain (and 2 appointments to the Apple store) I have to go back again tomorrow and exchange it. I am hoping that 3rd time will be the charm and I won’t have to visit that store again till the new one comes out in June (maybe I’ll even try the nexus google phone instead).
